Our management team has worked together for years and has over 100 years of combined experience in our industry. Our experience of construction activities, project management, as well as the understanding of the processes and system challenges we face with the end client has allowed us to be a very successful partner with larger contract customers. We currently have over 100 full time employees throughout California, Oregon and Washington and continue to add resources every day as the demand for our services increase.

Outside plant construction was the foundation of Sennza Construction when we started. Aerial construction including installation of new strand, lashing cable, splicing, pole transfers as well as storm damage repair is completed on a daily basis with our in-house crews. Underground crews focus on installation of conduit and cable by directional boring, trenching, missile (non-directional boring), plowing and micro-trenching. Our crews are approved and capable of setting up traffic control support for our construction activities as well as complete all splice/test activities to turn up the plant.

Sennza has focused on cross training existing crews into supporting the wireless industry. We have on-boarded tower technicians and electricians that are experienced in the installation of small cell, tower construction, wiring and testing to turn up sites. Our existing underground crew leads have cross trained with our tower crews to create hybrid crews capable of installing conduit, running wire and the installation of antennas without the need of having multiple crews or vendors for our customers. We currently have seven in-house tower crews working in the Western region.
